I love recipes with only a few ingredients! These can be made ahead of time and are just as good the next day (add cinnamon and maple syrup just before serving).

1 serving of your favorite oatmeal (I like quick oats because they have a smoother texture than regular rolled oats)3 Ingredient Breakfast Bars (2)

Cinnamon

Pure maple syrup

Cook oatmeal and pour into a square or rectangular container in an even layer. Let it come to room temp or chill in fridge. Cut out “bars” and dust with cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup.

Use gluten-free oats if needed
