This is a quick and easy recipe to put together for your sweetheart! It has no added sugar and is dairy and gluten-free (use gluten-free oats). The fresh banana gives it its sweetness.
½ a ripe banana, mashed
¾ tsp raw cacao powder
Mix all ingredients. Spoon into heart-shaped mold (or form into a heart shape if you don’t have a mold – I found one for about $1 at my local kitchen supply store). Chill in fridge for about 30 minutes and carefully remove mold.
