This hot cereal tastes like oatmeal, but has a different texture (smoother, less lumpy). Top with cinnamon and maple syrup, applesauce, mashed banana and honey or swirl in your favorite jam.

Add all ingredients to saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for several minutes, stirring occasionally, until liquid is mostly absorbed. You can add more liquid to make it less thick. Add your favorite topping.
