It’s gluten-free and dairy-free. Feel free to adjust the amount of peanut butter and/or raspberries to your taste.

1/2 cup almond milkPB&J Smoothie
1 1/2 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1 banana
honey/agave – just a drizzle – optional

Blend all ingredients.
