One more way to get your peanut butter and banana fix.

1 serving of your favorite oatmeal (quick oats are smoother in texture than whole rolled oats), cooked and cooled

1 tsp creamy peanut butterPB Banana Stacks

½ banana, mashed

Spoon 2 tablespoons or so of the oatmeal into an even layer in bottom of food mold. Add a layer of banana and top with peanut butter. Remove food mold.
