If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

9.  Cancellation Policy

a. One-On-One Consultations

Non-emergency cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Non-emergencies include vacations, preplanned medical appointments, family events, sports events, lack of child care/caregiver or anything that is not designated as “emergency*.” If the session is not canceled with 24 hours’ notice, it will be billed at 50% of the quoted rate for the full session. Make-up sessions will be offered for non-emergency cancellations.

*emergency cancellations are accepted only for illness, illness of a family member or death in the family


b. Workshops

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel a workshop scheduled at your facility. Workshops canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be billed at 50% of the quoted rate.
