We love to create great-tasting recipes with only a few ingredients! This watermelon sorbet may not have the exact texture of a true sorbet, but it’s super smooth and very refreshing on a hot summer day.
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp agave nectar or honey
Place chopped watermelon on a plate in a single layer, cover and freeze for several hours or overnight.
Add frozen watermelon to food processor along with lime juice and agave. Pulse and then process until smooth.
